I resonate with the Sound or Singing bowls because they promote relaxation, offer powerful healing properties and include stress relief. The bowls are the anchor point I always return to in my set and they provide an easy and smooth transitions to other instruments.

Smaller bowls I sometimes place on the body where I can gently play them for deeper relaxation.

My Nepalese set is hand-picked and has a unique sound spectrum. The bowls are harmonically tuned as a divine set.
